Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility Period: We accept returns of women’s casual apparel within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The delivery date is confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information or delivery confirmation email.​
  1. Item Condition Requirement: Returned apparel must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or signs of wear (e.g., pilling, stretched fabric). Any alterations to the item (e.g., hemmed pants) will invalidate the return.​
  1. Tag & Packaging Rules: All original tags, labels, and packaging (including garment bags or brand boxes) must be intact. Missing tags or damaged packaging may result in return rejection.​
  1. Accessory Return Requirement: If the apparel came with accessories (e.g., belts for dresses, drawstrings for hoodies), all accessories must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.​
  1. Non-Returnable Items: Final-sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page and checkout summary) are non-returnable. Personalized items (e.g., monogrammed tops) also cannot be returned.​
  1. Hygiene-Concern Items: Intimate casual wear (e.g., bralettes, seamless tops) that has been removed from its sealed hygiene packaging is non-returnable, unless defective.​
  1. Return Initiation Step 1: To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, the apparel’s style, color, and size, and a brief reason for the return (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind).​
  1. Return Initiation Step 2: Include clear photos of the apparel (front, back, and tags) in your email to verify its condition. This helps speed up the return approval process.​
  1. Return Authorization (RA): We will review your return request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive an RA number and our Hong Kong warehouse address via email.​
  1. No RA, No Processing: Do not ship items without an RA number. Packages received without this number will be held unprocessed, and we will not be liable for lost or misplaced items.​
  1. Return Shipping Responsibility (Customer): For returns due to customer preferences (e.g., size error, style change), you are responsible for covering return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.​
  1. Return Shipping Responsibility (Us): If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective apparel), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs.​
  1. Return Package Inspection: Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the apparel within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification of the inspection result (approved or rejected).​
  1. Rejected Return Handling: If your return is rejected (e.g., damaged item, missing tags), we will explain the reason via email and arrange to ship the apparel back to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.​
  1. Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7–10 business days of inspection approval.​
  1. Refund Amount Details: The refund will include the full purchase price of the apparel but exclude the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error.​
  1. International Return Notes: International customers are responsible for customs fees or duties incurred when returning apparel to our Hong Kong warehouse. Declare the package as “Returned Merchandise” to potentially reduce fees.​
  1. Defective Item Handling: If you receive defective apparel (e.g., broken zippers, torn seams), notify [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the defect. We will offer a free replacement, full refund, or prepaid return.
