- Eligibility: By using our services to purchase women’s casual apparel, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and comply with local online shopping laws.
- Account Creation: To place orders, you may create an account. You must provide accurate information and update it promptly if changes occur.
- Order Placement: Orders are submitted once you complete checkout and confirm payment. You agree to pay the total amount (including applicable fees) at this stage.
- Order Confirmation: We send a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment. Absence of this email does not mean your order is invalid—contact [email protected] to verify.
- Order Rejection: We may reject orders due to stock errors, pricing mistakes, or fraud risks. Rejected orders will be fully refunded within 3 business days.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Alipay. All transactions are encrypted for financial security.
- Payment Issues: We are not liable for failed payments due to provider errors. Resolve such issues with your payment provider first, then contact us.
- Pricing Policy: Prices are in USD (unless stated) and exclude shipping, customs duties, and taxes. We may adjust prices but honor checkout prices for confirmed orders.
- Stock Availability: Real-time stock is shown online, but sudden shortages may happen. Unavailable paid items will trigger a refund or replacement offer within 3 days.
- Product Descriptions: We aim for accurate details (fabric, color, size) for casual apparel. Minor color/size variations (≤1cm) from screens or handmade processes are normal.
- Size Guidance: Refer to our size chart on each product page. We do not refund for sizing errors from incorrect selection—email [email protected] for fit advice.
- Returns Eligibility: Unused, unwashed casual apparel with intact tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale”) and personalized casual wear (e.g., monogrammed tops) are non-returnable.
- Return Process: Start returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number. A return authorization (RA) number is required for processing.
- Return Shipping: You cover return costs for preference-based returns; we cover costs if items are defective/wrong.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed 3–5 days after return inspection and take 7–10 days to reach your payment method.
- Defective Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with defect photos. We offer free replacements, refunds, or prepaid returns.
- Account Security: Keep your account credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use—report breaches to [email protected] immediately.
- Intellectual Property: Website content (apparel images, logos, text) is our property. Unauthorized reproduction/use may lead to legal action.
- Liability Limitation: We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed outings) from delays/issues. Liability is capped at the item’s purchase price.
- Service Changes: We may modify/discontinue services (e.g., shipping methods). Major changes are posted online and emailed to users 7 days in advance.
- Governing Law: These terms follow Hong Kong law. Disputes are first resolved via negotiation; unresolved cases go to Hong Kong courts.
