  1. Global Shipping Coverage: We ship women’s casual apparel to over 110 countries worldwide from our Hong Kong warehouse. A list of excluded regions (due to logistics or regulations) is on our website—orders to these areas are canceled, with full refunds within 3 business days.​
  1. Order Processing Time: After payment confirmation, orders are processed (packed, labeled) within 2–3 business days. Processing extends by 1 day during peak seasons (e.g., sales, holidays) or Hong Kong public holidays.​
  1. Shipping Method Options: We offer two methods:​
  • Standard Shipping (Hong Kong Post/DHL eCommerce): For non-urgent orders.​
  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL Express): For time-sensitive purchases.​
  1. Delivery Time Estimates:​
  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (major regions: North America, Europe, Australia); 12–21 days for remote areas.​
  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days (most global cities).​

  1. Shipping Cost Calculation: Fees depend on order weight (including protective packaging for apparel), destination, and shipping method. A cost calculator at checkout shows exact fees before payment.​
  1. Free Shipping Promotions: We occasionally offer free standard shipping for orders meeting a minimum spend (e.g., $120 USD). Check our homepage for current offers.​
  1. Address Requirements: Provide a complete, accurate address (including apartment numbers, contact phone) to avoid delivery failures. We can’t modify addresses after shipping—email [email protected] within 24 hours of order placement for changes.​
  1. Package Tracking: Post-shipment, a tracking number and carrier link are sent to your email. Use it to monitor status. If tracking isn’t updated within 5 days, contact us with your order number.​
  1. Customs Clearance: All international shipments require customs clearance. Clearance times vary by region (1–3 business days, sometimes longer for strict inspections).​
  1. Customs Fees & Duties: You’re responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These aren’t included in order totals—contact local customs for estimates.​
  1. Delivery Attempts: Carriers make 2–3 delivery attempts. Failed attempts may result in the package being held at a local facility or returned to us.​
  1. Undelivered Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we’ll notify you via email. You may request reship (with additional shipping fees) or a refund (minus original shipping cost).​
  1. Damaged Packages: Inspect packages upon delivery. If apparel is damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the package and damaged items—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, covering return shipping.​
  1. Lost Packages: If a package is marked “shipped” but not delivered within 30 days (standard) or 10 days (express), contact us. We’ll file a carrier claim; approved refunds/replacements are processed within 5 business days of claim confirmation.​
  1. Apparel Packaging: Casual apparel (e.g., tops, shorts, dresses) is packed in moisture-proof bags and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit. Delicate items (e.g., lace tops) get extra padding.​
